Analysis Crew (AC) Duties and Positions

This crew completes system activations and system analysis, during which any noted damage, recommendations, and upgrades will be flagged per the Sprinkler Squad flagging regime. The system analysis is then provided to the client with a quote for flagged items. During this time, this crew will discuss any potential upgrades, recommendations, and benefits they would have for the client.

This crew is responsible for completing minor/ simple repairs that would prevent a full analysis from being completed or that are simple enough and don’t warrant sending a Repair Crew back out at a separate time and day:

Controller replacement
Simple copper repairs
Level, Raise, replace a couple of heads
Solenoids & Diaphragms
Bonnets
Basic poly and PVC

Sprinkler System Specialist (SSS)

Completes system activations, analysis, and checks following Sprinkler Squad processes
Flag any damage, recommendations, etc., following the Sprinkler Squad flagging regime.
Create estimates/ proposals and present them to the client
- Tracks status of estimates and follows up/ answers any questions as needed
Creates detailed notes and work order descriptions that the Repair Crew will use
Oversees the Sprinkler System Technician, who is there to aid the SSS in completing minor repairs, procuring parts and tools from the truck, etc.

Sprinkler System Technician (SST)

Aids the Sprinkler System Specialist in completing minor repairs, procuring parts and tools, tracking used inventory on sites
Document any work completed following Sprinkler Squad processes.
Tracking any inventory used on-site

Repair Crew (RC) Duties & Positions:

Completes repairs and upgrades per the Analysis crews' estimates and work orders and does so to the high-quality standards of The Sprinkler Squad.

Repairs include:
- Poly & PVC repairs,
- Valve and Manifold repairs & rebuilds
- Backflow and ball valve replacements
- Head raising, lowering, leveling and replacement
- Head adjusting
- Electrical troubleshooting
